GARRINCHA offers you a fantastic opportunity as Sportsbar Manager of a super cool urban hotspot in Ghent or Antwerp. With indoor padel courts, a vibrant clubhouse, and a lively community of athletes and visitors, this is the place where hospitality and sport come together.
As Sportsbar Manager, you are the heart of the center. You have full operational responsibility and lead an enthusiastic team of staff. You are the first point of contact for both customers and employees, and you create the unique GARRINCHA experience every day.

WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?
As Sportsbar Manager, you are the driving force behind the experience, the face of the center, and the driving force of the team.
Your responsibilities are diverse and include:
Managing the sports center in all its aspects: bar, reservations, hygiene, events, team dynamics...
Leading, motivating, and coaching a team of students and flex workers.
Being the point of contact for customers and ensuring everyone feels welcome.
Organizing tournaments, B2B events, and community activities.
Managing inventory smoothly and ensuring accurate cash procedures.
Ensuring the correct implementation of safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

YOUR PROFILE
Are you the energetic, charismatic leader we are looking for? You:
Are a natural leader with a passion for hospitality, sports, and people management.
Are customer-oriented, highly communicative, and confident in your role.
Have experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or service industry.
Are highly organized, hands-on, and not afraid to multitask.
Are flexible and available, especially during evenings and weekends.
