WHAT EXACTLY DOES THE JOB ENTAIL?
As Operations Manager, you are the driving force behind our centres, the connecting point of contact, and the powerhouse of the team.
MUST HAVE:
At least 1 year of experience in an operational leadership role.
Mobile and flexible: often on the road, including evenings and weekends.
Fluent in Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
In possession of a valid driving license (B).
Passion for coaching, improving, and giving ownership.
NICE TO HAVE:
Affinity with sports, hospitality, or events.
Solution-oriented and proactive mindset.
What will you do?
Coach and support the centre and bar manager teams.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance in the centres.
Prepare evaluations and follow up on team goals.
Perform quality controls related to hygiene, hospitality, etc.
Ensure proper implementation of internal processes in practice.
Collect KPI data and propose improvements.
Follow up on schedules with the managers.
Manage and control inventory.
Monitor order, cleanliness, and the right atmosphere in the centres.
