With the loyalty app, we give something back to the players who show up on our courts every day. The program is completely FREE and packed with benefits. The more you play, the more rewards and advantages you unlock.
Every rally, every event, and every booking becomes part of something bigger: the GARRINCHA community.
1. Download the GARRINCHA app
Create an account using the same email address as your Playtomic account so your profile can be linked automatically.
2. Play at GARRINCHA
Every reservation, open match, or event participation counts.
3. Earn credits
You earn credits for different actions: playing matches, creating a match, joining a tournament or event, tagging us on social media, and more.
4. Redeem your credits for rewards
Use your credits in our centers to get drinks, snacks, or GARRINCHA merchandise directly through the app.
Our loyalty tiers are based on the number of minutes you’ve played in the last 90 days.
The more active you are, the more benefits you unlock.
GARRINCHA MEMBER
Every new player who starts playing on our courts starts in the GARRINCHA MEMBER tier.
RISING STAR
From 270 minutes of playtime in the last 90 days.
STAR
From 630 minutes of playtime in the last 90 days.
ALL-STAR
From 1080 minutes of playtime in the last 90 days.
As you move up through the tiers, you unlock additional benefits, such as:
Discounts during off-peak hours
Earlier booking options (more days in advance)
Extra advantages on GARRINCHA merchandise

You earn credits by completing actions that show you’re part of our community.

Each action gives you a specific number of credits. In the app, you can see exactly how many credits each action is worth and which actions are currently active.
You can redeem your credits directly in the app for rewards in our centers.

Select your reward in the app, receive a QR code, and show it at the bar.
Our team scans the code, and you can enjoy your reward.
