2. Services
GARRINCHA offers the following services:
Indoor football and padel (both indoor and outdoor).
Children's parties and sports birthdays.
Corporate events and teambuildings.
Sports activities and sports equipment rental.
Age restrictions: There are no specific age restrictions for most activities unless otherwise stated.
3. Reservations
3.1 General rules
Reservations are made through the appropriate platforms, such as Playtomic or app.garrincha.be.
By making a reservation, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
The following rules apply to cancellations:
Private reservations: Free cancellation up to 6 hours before the start via the platform.
Large reservations or events:
Cancel up to 2 fields: Free of charge up to 2 working days before the event.
Cancel more than 2 fields: At least 1 week in advance.
For merchandise or catering already ordered, the costs incurred will still be charged.
Children's parties: Cancel up to 2 days in advance, but charge for printed material (e.g. birthday shirts).
3.2 Payment and no-shows
In case of timely cancellations, credits will be awarded instead of refunds. Credits are valid for one year and can be used for all sports at all centres.
In case of no-shows, we reserve the right to:
Refuse future reservations.
Only allow payments through online platforms.
4. Rental materials and damages
Rental of rackets and balls is possible. The customer is responsible for the material.
No additional charges will be levied for light signs of use. In case of loss or intentional damage, the full value of the product will be charged.
Damage to facilities (fields, bar, changing rooms, etc.) due to intentional behaviour may result in full liability of the customer and reporting to the police.
5. Children's parties and corporate events
For children's parties (Gold formula) and corporate events, GARRINCHA can provide an animator or coach for event supervision.
Unless a supervision option is explicitly selected, parents or companies remain responsible for the behaviour of participants.
Any additional costs, such as food, drinks, or extra time, will be invoiced based on prior consultation.
6. Lost property
Lost items will be kept for a maximum of two (2) weeks.
If no claim is made within this period, the items will be donated to charity.
7. Privacy and data management
GARRINCHA collects personal data for reservation management and marketing purposes.
Customers may receive marketing and promotional emails regarding GARRINCHA activities.
Personal data will never be shared with third parties.
Photos and videos taken during events or activities may be used for marketing purposes. Customers who object may request removal by sending an email to hello@garrincha.be. Upon objection, the content will be taken offline without violating this policy.
8. Conduct and Rules on Location
All visitors must adhere to rules of respectful behaviour, including appropriate language and prohibiting discriminatory conduct.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated bar areas, but excessive behaviour is not allowed.
In case of serious violations, GARRINCHA reserves the right to permanently deny access to its facilities and/or contact the police.
9. Cancellations by GARRINCHA
GARRINCHA reserves the right to cancel activities in cases of force majeure (e.g., technical failures).
When applicable, an alternative date will be offered, or refunds will be issued in credits.
10. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In case of disputes, jurisdiction is assigned to the competent court in the region of GARRINCHA’s headquarters.
11. Communication and complaints
Complaints can be submitted via email at hello@garrincha.be.
GARRINCHA aims to respond to complaints within 48 hours, or no later than five (5) working days.
12. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions
Changes to these General Terms and Conditions will be communicated via the website.
The most recent version will always be binding for new reservations.
13. Other provisions
Credits expire after one (1) year, unless renewed through an official request.
Specific event arrangements will be determined by mutual agreement on a case-by-case basis.
